FORCE MAJEURE & SERVICE AVAILABILITY POLICY

1. FORCE MAJEURE

الابداع والامان لتصميم وتطوير أنظمة الحاسوب ذ.م.م d.b.a. AIVAC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

- acts of God;

- natural disasters;

- war, terrorism, or civil unrest;

- labor disputes or strikes;

- power or internet outages;

- cyberattacks;

- telecom carrier failures;

- government actions or regulatory changes;

- third-party platform outages (including WhatsApp, Meta, telecom carriers).

2. SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS

You acknowledge that:

- the Services may experience downtime;

- maintenance may occur without notice;

- availability is not guaranteed.

Service interruptions do not entitle you to refunds, credits, or compensation.

3. BUSINESS CONTINUITY

AIVAC may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, without liability, provided reasonable efforts are made to notify Clients where practicable
